1. Returns
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
- A receipt or order confirmation is required.
2. Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards and downloadable/digital products.
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons, if opened/used).
- Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery typically takes 8–10 business days from dispatch.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- For exchanges of the same item, please contact us before sending your product back.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
- Please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
7. How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@topluna.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
- Pack your item securely and include the order number inside the package.
