1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
  • A receipt or order confirmation is required.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards and downloadable/digital products.
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons, if opened/used).
  • Clearance or final-sale items marked as non-returnable.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Standard delivery typically takes 8–10 business days from dispatch.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • For exchanges of the same item, please contact us before sending your product back.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • Please use a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

7. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@topluna.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack your item securely and include the order number inside the package.
